Welcome to the Greensprings School IT/Maintenance Support Desk

In our endeavour to enhance your customer service experience and to streamline IT/Maintenance support / services requests and better serve you, we the IT department Greensprings School continuously strive towards excellence in our services and customer support. In order to achieve our Customer Satisfaction objective we have launched a 24X7 IT Support Desk - a support ticket system where you can log in any of your complaints/queries/enquiries.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

The aim is to improve the customer experience and to efficiently resolve any service disruption. This is to also manage and record problems that arise on services provided to you to ensure that they are resolved to your satisfaction. Support Desk is an IT department initiative aimed at re-directing IT teams from daily fire-fighting to delivering awesome IT support and customer-service to all stakeholders within Greensprings School.

Incident response ticket to fast track I.T team reaction has also been incorporated into our enhanced help-desk.
